Ventura - LAMP based Online Web Application
I spearheaded a transformative endeavor in my university's final year project, conceiving and developing "Ventura" - an Online Web Application catering to the needs of freelancers for streamlined project management.
My comprehensive role encompassed the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility assessment to quality assurance. Ventura stands as a dynamic solution, empowering freelancers and agencies to efficiently handle clients, proposals, contracts, invoices, and projects.
This comprehensive tool creates an interactive environment where clients can oversee projects holistically, allocating tasks to freelancers seamlessly. Ventura integrates industry-standard tools for resource, budget, and time management, as well as communication and project education.
My involvement included productive interactions with supervisors and stakeholders, ensuring that Ventura became an impactful tool for enhancing project management capabilities within the freelance community.

SQTMart Grocery Applications Project
I was privileged to contribute significantly to an innovative project for Salim Qatan Trading CO. LLC., a distinguished Omani food distributor. In collaboration with their team, I led the feasibility assessment, requirements analysis, and design phases using Figma for their Wholesale Grocery & Products Shopping Application.
The project's core concept encompassed the development of four subsidiary applications catering to diverse needs: a Customers Application for B2C and B2B clients, a Drivers Application for seamless deliveries, a Management's Application for branch oversight, and a Storekeeper's Application for efficient warehouse management.
Customers can easily register, access exclusive offers, explore shopping categories, and place orders using various payment methods. The application streamlines order processing by broadcasting confirmed payments to drivers in designated regions, optimizing delivery allocation.
The comprehensive rider onboarding process, including document review, ensures a reliable fleet. My work ensured that pending orders are seamlessly managed and unclaimed orders are efficiently fulfilled. With meticulous design prototypes created in Figma, this project represents a pivotal advancement in enhancing the wholesale grocery experience.
